Bounty hunting can be a fun pass time in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, having Cal locate and dispatch bounty hunters that were initially sent after him. Defeating these bounty hunters can leave you with a unique currency to use at Pyloon's Saloon, being able to buy both cosmetics and new abilities.
These bounty hunts are pretty straightforward, with Cal hunting down an enemy in the rumored area they were last seen at before taking them down and taking their bounty hunter's puck. After defeating the first bounty, players will next be tasked with finding and skulking Meyen Corr.
Where To Find Meyen Corr
Meyen Corr is located on Koboh. In the open area of the Boiling Bluff to the northeast of town is a large field area surrounded by mountains. Within this field and off to the left will be a path leading down between two mountains on either side. Head towards this crevasse to find a single figure walking around the area. Approaching this figure will reveal it to be Meyen Corr and begin their boss fight.
How To Defeat Meyen Corr
Meyen Corr fights with two blasters and will constantly perform long-ranged combos with the weapons. Be sure to block often and try to close the gap, as Meyen's attacks excel at a range while Cal's excel up close. Meyen doesn't come with a melee weapon or any real sort or protection, making them take full damage from your attacks and always be trying to dodge instead of block. Meyen is very quick and can time their dodges very well, making this a battle of speed and endurance.
Every now and then, Meyen will fire a changed shot with one blaster. These charged shots are very powerful and can both damage and knock Cal back. The best lightsaber style to use is the single-blade style or the Blade And Blaster style. While it may be difficult to hit your target while they are dodging with the blaster, the extra ranged option will greatly come in handy during this boss fight. Your Slow Time ability will also be very useful, as Meyen is constantly dodging around, and locking them into place for a short time will see you dealing a ton of damage.
Meyen will mostly be dodging and doesn't have much in terms of blocking. Play this fight aggressively and stay as close as possible to Meyen as possible. Meyen doesn't have a stamina bar, and as long as your attacks hit, they will receive damage. Parrying Meyen's shots back at them can protect you but will rarely actually have the bullets hitting Meyen. Despite this being one of the earlier bounties, Meyen can be surprisingly tricky and requires a specific playstyle to beat.
