Keep down that racket! See what I did there!

Tonight, on The Stevetendo Show, we’re diving into the world of Tennis for some Mario Tennis Fever. Mario Tennis Fever is the newest game in the long list of Super Mario sports games. Mario Tennis Fever has an adventure mode as well as the usual tournaments and skill games you’ve come to expect from a Mario sports title.

This evening, we’ll jump into the adventure mode as well as play some of the other gameplay modes the game has to offer. One of the highlights of the game for me is that Chain Chomp is a playable character. He’ good enough to play Tennis but not good enough to drive a go-kart. His lack of arms doesn’t hinder him from playing Tennis, but I digress. Set to go live at 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT, join The Stevetendo Show for the start of a Mario Tennis Fever playthrough.

Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into The Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT. I messed up and forgot Monday night was a holiday. Mario Tennis Fever was planned for Monday night, but now I bumped it to this evening. Pokemon Legends Z-A should be back next week. Tomorrow night will be more of our Dispatch playthrough, so stay tuned.

Be sure to check out the Shacknews Twitch channel and the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel. Catch up on some of your favorite Shacknews programs with a subscription to the YouTube channel and a follow to the Twitch channel. If you aren’t aware, Shacknews has a new service for you called Shackmaps. The lovely Shacknews staff has gone through some of your favorite video games to keep you from getting lost.

The Virtual Boy is finally back, and yes, I did buy a headset to play. It’s an interesting time for Nintendo because I don’t think anyone was clamoring for more Virtual Boy. I was a kid when the original Virtual Boy came out and failed. I remember playing Mario Clash in my local Toys R Us and remember how odd the idea was. I’ll share my thoughts about the whole system and more this evening.

Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show. If it's on The Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could see a starring role in an upcoming Stevetendo episode. I've mentioned in the past that you never know when Nintendo is going to add games to the Nintendo Switch Online service. This month is Pokemon month, as well as the 30th anniversary of the series. The GameCube Pokemon games have been teased for a long time, and this month would be the perfect time to add them. You also never know if Pokemon trainers will finally get the first three generations in some capacity, like we've wanted for so long.
