Well, well, well. Here we are on a fine Monday afternoon, and wouldn’t you know it? We’ve hit that magical time when we find out who the next playable Deadlock character is. There were still four left coming into this week: Silver, Apollo, Celeste, and Venator. However, today brought Silver into the fray, and with her comes power, speed, agility, and all of the other benefits of being a werewolf.

Silver was unleashed in Deadlock as the latest playable character following the Monday vote deadline for the ongoing Old Gods, New Blood update. While the sleepy support goblin, Rem, took the first wining votes and the AOE necromancer, Graves, came out on top in the second character unlock, it was Silver who won out this time and is playable now.

In the listing of new characters, Silver was described with, “FERAL, HOT MESS, TRANSFORMATION.” If you couldn’t guess, she can transform into a ferocious beast that gets different stats and moves while she’s in that state. As such, you’ll have a little extra to think about as you work out her abilities. She also has coach gun to pump opponents full of holes. All in all, Silver provides a new ferocious hybrid playstyle for Deadlock players to enjoy.

Even with Silver voted in, there are still votes left to cast as we decide what order Apollo, Celeste, and Venator will release in for the rest of the Old Gods, New Blood update. Make sure you know how to vote, and stay tuned to the Deadlock topic, especially on Mondays and Thursdays, for the latest updates.
