All Bastion Locations in ARC Raiders

Bastions are one of the easier large ARC to defeat in ARC Raiders, but you need to know their locations and where to find them if you want to farm their parts.

Of the mid-tier bots in ARC Raiders, Bastions are one of the easiest to defeat. However, if you don't know where to find them, farming them becomes a matter of chasing the sound of their minigun. We'll show you all the locations we know of to find Bastions in ARC Raiders here.

Every map in ARC Raidders has at least one Bastion spawn on it, but not every map is created equal. While Bastions are easy to deal with if you're smart about using cover and using the right tools, their minigun can still shred through any level of shield in seconds.

Bastions are also tankier than you might expect. I used three Trigger 'Nades and three Heavy Fuze Grenades and managed maybe half of the thing's health in damage. Bringing an Anvil with at least 100 units of Heavy Ammo will give you a good chance to finish the job.

If you go to one of the Bastion spawns listed here and don't see it immediately, search around a bit, as the bots tend to wander their patrol zone. You can also hear their minigun firing from across the map, though that puts you at potential odds with other raiders.

Where to find Bastions on Dam Battlegrounds

I've managed to find Bastions in two places on Dam Battlegrounds:

  • Around Red Lakes Balcony and the wider lake area
  • In the northern portion of the Hydroponics Dome Complex

There aren't many good places to fight a Bastion on Dam Battlegrounds. The map is too open, and their spawns don't provide you with much good cover, if any at all.

If you do want to fight them there, Red Lakes is probably the best place, as you can stand post on the upper level between the Testing Annex and Control Tower to dodge minigun fire.

Where to find Bastions on Buried City

I've seen Bastions in two locations on Buried City:

  • In Marano Park, usually on the outskirts of the trees
  • In the clearing between the Santa Maria House and Plaza Rosa

Both of these locations have lots of open windows and other ways to avoid a Bastion's minigun. The clearing near Plaza Rosa is the better of the two, given how many places enemy raiders can get a sightline on you in Marano Park.

Where to find Bastions on Spaceport

Spaceport is probably the best place to fight and farm Bastions, as there are four spawn points on the map, two of which are easy to check.

  • In the clearing bound by Control Tower A6, Container Storage, and Vehicle Maintenance
  • In the large field southwest of Rocket Assembly
  • In the field around the Launch Towers
  • In the forested pathway northeast of the Rocket Assembly

For hunting Bastions on Spaceport, I'd stick to the areas near Control Tower A6, as there's plenty of cover and angles you can take that make it an incredibly safe kill.

Where to find Bastions at The Blue Gate

I've only seen Bastions in one location on The Blue Gate:

  • In the car park just south of the Outer Gates near Checkpoint

The ARC tends to wander in and out of the underground, but will usually stick around the gate area, following a short distance deeper into the interior or out toward Checkpoint.

Where to find Bastions on Stella Montis

There's one Bastion spawn on Stella Montis:

  • The northern portion of the Loading Bay, on the lower level

Expect to fight for not only Bastion loot on Stella Montis, but also just to survive while fighting it. Stella is a PvP haven, and fighting something as tough as a Bastion is a fantastic opportunity for an ambush.

You'll want to bring a lot of grenades and a hefty volume of Heavy Ammo to take down a Bastion, especially solo. Hullcrackers are another fantastic option, provided you have one handy and don't mind the risk of losing it.
