    If you're ever down in the Austin area, Salt Lick and Black's do beef ribs. Both really good places, plus Salt Lick has my favorite with Family Style, which is just paying a flat price and then eating all the sausage, ribs, and brisket (burnt ends on request) until you quit.
    
    Both easily my "This is a gift to myself" bbq places.
